What you will do
- Source evaluators, data QA and ETL testers across the EU and UK
- Run structured first calls with a scorecard, not a gut feel
- Learn each client's evaluation rubric and brief candidates on it
- Report pipeline, pay offered and time to shortlist every Friday
What you bring
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of SQL, data pipelines or LLM evaluation concepts
- Fluent English; German or French is a plus
- Based in the EU or UK, within three hours of CET
Helpful, not required
- Hands-on experience as a data analyst or QA engineer
- Experience placing contractors

Pay shown upfront

Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
25 days leave
25 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and one extra day after each year of service up to 30.
Learning budget
1,500 USD equivalent a year for courses, conferences and certifications.
Equipment budget
Laptop of your choice plus a 600 USD equivalent home-office allowance.
Equity
All permanent staff join the option plan after three months.

Offer in writing within 3 working days of the last interview, with references checked only after you accept.
