Does it cost me anything?
No. PassRidge is paid by employers, never by candidates: no fee for the profile, the introductions, the interview preparation or the offer negotiation.
What happens after I send this?
A talent partner who works with your kind of role reads your profile and writes to you personally, usually within one working day. They send roles that really fit your stack and pay, talk through the ones you like, and arrange the introduction. You do not get a mass mailing, and no role goes out without your OK.
What if you have nothing for me today?
We say so, and keep your profile with the talent partner who covers your role. Employers brief us every week, so we tell you when something fits instead of sending you whatever is open.
Will my current employer find out?
Not from us. Use the box for companies we must never contact or show you to (your current employer first). Your profile reaches an employer only after you agree to that specific introduction, and recruiters never send a CV without it.
Do I have to upload a CV?
No. The CV is optional. Profiles with a stack, level and pay target are matched well without one, and many people send the CV in reply to the first shortlist.
Can I talk to a human before I fill it in?
Yes. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page. Every talent partner has a named mailbox on the verified sender list, so you can check any message before you reply.
Which kinds of work do you cover?
Permanent roles, contract and B2B, Flex tasks of 3-4 hours a day, and places in outsourced teams. Tick as many as you want in the profile; your recruiter will say honestly which one pays best for you.
How do you use my data?
Your details are stored to match you with roles and to contact you, and only shown to an employer after your agreement. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time through the privacy request page.
