Pay shown upfront
Every position lists its salary range before you apply. We do not ask for your current salary.
Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
25 days leave
25 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and one extra day after each year of service up to 30.
Learning budget
1,500 USD equivalent a year for courses, conferences and certifications.
Equipment budget
Laptop of your choice plus a 600 USD equivalent home-office allowance.
Equity
All permanent staff join the option plan after three months.
Health and pension
Private health cover and a pension contribution of up to 6% in every country we employ.
Parental leave
16 weeks fully paid for every parent, regardless of how the child joins the family.

Practical task
A paid, 2-hour exercise based on real work. We pay 120 USD equivalent whatever the result.

Team interview
60 minutes with two future colleagues. You can bring questions about anything, including pay bands.

Offer
Offer in writing within 3 working days of the last interview, with references checked only after you accept.

Are these jobs with PassRidge or with clients?
Careers lists positions inside PassRidge only. Client vacancies are on the Jobs pages and are labelled as client roles, partner roles or market listings.
Do you show salary on every position?
Yes. Ranges come from the same market model as our Salary pages (US base pay scaled by country pay index) and are shown in the local currency of the hiring city.
Do you charge applicants?
Never. No application fee, no training fee, no equipment fee. If someone claiming to be PassRidge asks for money, report it on the Verify recruiter page.
How do you treat applications?
Applications are read by people. We use no automated rejection. Practical tasks are paid and CVs are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Can I work from another country?
Where a position says Remote, you can work from the countries listed in the role. We employ through PassRidge Ltd (UK, EU and rest of world) and PassRidge LLC (US, Canada and Latin America).
