QA Delivery Lead
Lead embedded QA squads for European clients and report quality metrics every two weeks.

What you will do
- Lead two to three QA squads of 3 to 6 engineers inside client teams
- Own test strategy, release sign-off and defect metrics per client
- Run onboarding in the first 30 days and the check-ins after
- Coach engineers and handle escalations before the client does
What you bring
- 5+ years in QA, including 2+ leading a team
- Hands-on automation background and CI/CD knowledge
- Clear client communication in English
- Experience with Jira and a test management tool
Helpful, not required
- Experience in outsourced or consulting delivery
- Fluent Polish

Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
