What you will do
- Be the single point of contact for 4 to 6 US clients
- Plan staffing, ramp-up and replacement with the delivery leads
- Review invoices and utilisation against the published rate card
- Run quarterly business reviews with numbers, not slides
What you bring
- 5+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting or QA management
- Understanding of QA team structures and hiring markets
- Authorised to work in the US
- Comfortable with some travel to clients
Helpful, not required
- Previous experience at a staffing or outsourcing company
- Background as a QA lead

Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
25 days leave
25 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and one extra day after each year of service up to 30.

1,500 USD equivalent a year for courses, conferences and certifications.
Equipment budget
Laptop of your choice plus a 600 USD equivalent home-office allowance.
