PARTNER PROGRAMME · AGENCIES · VENDORS · FEEDS

Send us QA roles. Earn 20% of the fee.

PassRidge partners send us QA roles they cannot fill, or staff requests from their own customers. When a candidate we introduce starts in one of those roles, we pay the partner 20% of the placement fee, 30 days after the client pays us. Joining is free, and the terms are on one page.

Free to join. A one-page agreement before the first role. We never contact your client.

Who it is for

Three kinds of partner.

The programme is for organisations that hold QA demand and need supply, or that publish QA roles and want a specialist audience.

Recruitment agency

You hold QA mandates you cannot fill. Send the role with a pay range. We search our network and introduce candidates. You keep the client relationship.

Software vendor or consultancy

Your delivery teams run out of QA capacity or need a skill you do not carry. Send the requirement and we staff it, white-labelled if you prefer.

Job board or ATS feed

You publish QA roles continuously. Connect an XML or JSON feed once and new roles appear on PassRidge within a day, with apply traffic routed back to you.

How it works

From a form to a payment in four steps.

Nothing is listed until the agreement is signed and a recruiter has read the role.

Tell us about your roles

Use the form. Say whether you want to send single roles, a feed, or staff requests for your own clients.

Sign one page

The partner agreement sets the share, the attribution window and payment terms. We send it within two working days.

Send roles

Email, a shared sheet, or the feed. A recruiter reviews each role against the rules before it goes live.

We place, you get paid

When a candidate we introduced starts in one of your roles, you receive your share of our placement fee after the client pays.

What a partner sends

A complete role has five things.

If you publish a feed, these map to the fields below. If you send roles by email or a shared sheet, the same facts apply.

  • A real, open roleYou are authorised to fill it and the client has confirmed it is open. No speculative or evergreen postings.
  • A pay rangeSalary or day rate, with currency and period. Roles without pay are not published.
  • The stack and the levelTools, languages and years of experience, in the words the client uses.
  • Where and howCity or remote with permitted countries, plus on-site days and time-zone overlap.
  • How candidates should applyAn apply link or a mailbox. Qualified candidates are routed there with their consent.

Why partners join

What you get for sending us a role.

QA-only audience

Your role reaches people who test software for a living, not a general IT crowd.

Pay on every listing

Roles carry a pay range, which lifts apply rates and keeps your roles out of the low-quality pile.

Clear referral terms

The share, the attribution window and the payment date are in a one-page partner agreement before the first role.

Client stays yours

We do not contact your client. Employer identity can stay confidential on the listing until a candidate consents.

Terms summary

The terms, before you send anything.

The signed agreement is the source of truth. This is the summary of what it says.

Referral share
20% of the placement fee PassRidge invoices for a hire that starts in a role you sent.
Attribution window
12 months from the date you send the role. A start inside the window by a candidate we introduced triggers the share.
Payment
30 days after the client pays PassRidge, by bank transfer, with a statement showing the role, the candidate start date and the fee.
Placement fee base
Our standard fee for the level, 15-22% of first-year pay. It is the fee we invoice, not a fee you set.
Client contact
PassRidge does not contact your client without your written say-so. Employer identity can stay confidential on the listing.
Listing rules
Every role carries a pay range, is removed within two working days of being filled and is never duplicated from another agency.
Candidates
Free for candidates, always. We introduce candidates only with their consent and from our own network.
Ending the agreement
Either side can end it with 30 days of written notice. Roles already sent keep their attribution window.
Send us roles

Tell us what you hold and how you want to send it.

A talent partner replies within two working days with the one-page agreement and the fastest way to send your first role.

  • Free to join. No listing, feature or renewal fees.
  • No roles are published before you sign and a recruiter has reviewed them.
  • Your client stays yours. We do not contact them.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with “Partner” in the subject. Candidate or employer enquiry? Use the contact page.

FAQ

Partner questions.

Send us roles
How does the referral share work?

If a candidate we introduce starts in a role you sent us, we pay you 20% of the placement fee we invoice for that hire, 30 days after the client pays us. For a mid-level QA Automation Engineer in Germany at €67,000, our fee is €12,060 and your share is €2,410.

What is the attribution window?

12 months from the date you send the role. If the client hires a candidate we introduced for that role within that window, the share is owed.

Do you list my role under your brand?

Yes, with a role-type badge ('Partner role'). The client is not named without your say-so. We can also run roles white-labelled when you request staff for your own customers.

Can I send candidates instead of roles?

Not through this programme. We introduce candidates only with their consent and from our own network. Candidate suppliers can write to us and we will discuss a split-fee agreement case by case.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. Partners never pay to list roles. We earn when a placement happens.

What roles do you take?

Any of our fifteen QA roles in the countries we cover. We do not list general software engineering or IT support roles.
