What you will do
- Maintain harvest, normalise and calibrate jobs for public vacancy feeds
- Add data quality checks and alerts so bad records never ship
- Improve the pay model that estimates ranges when none is posted
- Document every step so the data team can audit it
What you bring
- 4+ years as a data engineer; strong Python and SQL
- Experience with scheduled batch pipelines and data validation
- Understands scraping etiquette, licensing and robots rules
- Fluent English; remote within EU time zones
Helpful, not required
- Experience in recruitment or labour-market data
- Experience with SQLite or static-site build tools

Pay shown upfront
Every position lists its salary range before you apply. We do not ask for your current salary.
Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
25 days leave
25 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and one extra day after each year of service up to 30.
Learning budget
1,500 USD equivalent a year for courses, conferences and certifications.
Equipment budget
Laptop of your choice plus a 600 USD equivalent home-office allowance.
Equity
All permanent staff join the option plan after three months.

Offer in writing within 3 working days of the last interview, with references checked only after you accept.
