What you will do
- Run 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins with clients and placed candidates
- Handle replacement guarantees quickly and fairly
- Spot expansion needs and pass them to Sales
- Feed product and pay-data questions back to the team
What you bring
- 3+ years in customer success, account management or recruitment
- Calm under pressure, direct in writing
- Authorised to work in the US
- Comfortable working US Eastern to Pacific hours
Helpful, not required
- Experience with QA or engineering customers
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar tool

Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
25 days leave
25 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and one extra day after each year of service up to 30.
Learning budget
1,500 USD equivalent a year for courses, conferences and certifications.
Equipment budget
Laptop of your choice plus a 600 USD equivalent home-office allowance.
Equity

Offer
Offer in writing within 3 working days of the last interview, with references checked only after you accept.
