What you will do
- Run live test-design and short automation exercises with Flex applicants
- Score each exercise against a published rubric and give feedback
- Review the quality of delivered Flex tasks and flag gaps
- Improve the vetting exercises with each task type
What you bring
- 4+ years as a QA automation engineer or SDET
- Strong test design and API testing; Playwright or Selenium
- Able to give direct, kind feedback in English
- Reliable video-call setup and a quiet workspace
Helpful, not required
- Experience interviewing or mentoring
- Mobile or accessibility testing

Pay shown upfront

Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
25 days leave
25 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and one extra day after each year of service up to 30.

Offer
Offer in writing within 3 working days of the last interview, with references checked only after you accept.
