What you will do
- Turn a client brief into a Flex task with scope, hours and rate
- Match tasks with vetted testers and confirm availability
- Check time logs and approve invoices every week
- Close each project with a short quality and cost summary
What you bring
- 2+ years in operations, project coordination or recruitment coordination
- Organised and precise with dates, hours and money
- Fluent English; Dutch or German is a plus
- Comfortable working across time zones
Helpful, not required
- Knowledge of QA workflows
- Experience with contractor payments

Flexible location
Remote or hybrid by role. Hybrid roles come with two to three office days a week.
25 days leave
25 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and one extra day after each year of service up to 30.

Laptop of your choice plus a 600 USD equivalent home-office allowance.
