QA capacity for three weeks, not three months.
Vetted testers on 3–4 hour-a-day windows for a release, a migration or a launch. You pay the published hourly rate plus a 30% fee, billed weekly on approved timesheets. Minimum order 20 hours, no setup fee.
Every tester has passed identity, right-to-work, conflict and skills checks and signed our master NDA. You approve each person before they see your product.
Five testers for three weeks costs $7,612–15,225.
That is 262.5 hours of test cycles & exploratory at $29–58 an hour including the 30% fee: 5 testers, 3.5 hours a day, 15 working days. Change the numbers to size your own order.
An estimate, not a quote. The final rate depends on seniority and urgency inside the band. You see each tester's rate before you approve them.
262.5 hours at $29–58 an hour. Orders under 20 hours are below our minimum.

A coordinator runs the process. You spend about 30 minutes on the brief and the approvals.
Send the brief
Task type, number of testers, start date, hours a day and anything that needs an NDA or a VPN. Two minutes on the form below.
Approve a shortlist
Within 48 hours we propose vetted members who match task type, time zone and rate. You approve each one.
Testers start
They sign your NDA if you need one, get access and work 3–4 hours a day. You give direction, they choose their hours inside the window.
Pay on timesheets
Weekly invoice on approved timesheets. Add testers, extend the window or stop at the end of any week.
The tester's rate plus 30%. Nothing else.
The same rates testers see before they apply. The 30% service fee covers vetting, contracts, payments, support and replacements. It is never taken from the tester.

|---|---|---|
| Test cycles & exploratory | $22–45 | $29–58 |

A tester at $30 an hour costs you $39. Ten hours is $390: $300 to the tester, $90 to PassRidge.
Billing
Weekly, in USD, GBP or EUR, on timesheets you approve. Minimum order 20 hours. No setup fee, no retainer, no exclusivity.
Replacement and conversion
If a tester is not a good fit we propose a replacement. Hiring a tester afterwards is allowed, and the terms are in your order form before you start.
Rates are USD reference bands and move within the band by level and urgency. Bands are the same ones shown on the rates page.

Questions from engineering and QA leads.
How fast can testers start?
Most requests start within 48 hours of a signed order. We shortlist from vetted members who match your task type, time zone and NDA needs, and you approve each tester before they see anything.
What does it cost?
You pay the tester's published hourly rate plus a 30% PassRidge fee, billed weekly on approved timesheets. There is no setup fee. The minimum order is 20 hours. Rates by task type are on this page.
Who manages the testers?
You set the goals and give day-to-day direction through your own tools. Contractors choose their hours inside the window, so you manage outcomes, not time. A PassRidge coordinator handles onboarding, timesheets and replacements.
How is my product protected?
Every tester has passed identity, right-to-work and conflict checks, and has signed our master NDA. For NDA tasks they also sign yours, and can work inside your VPN or virtual desktop. Client data does not leave your systems.
What if a tester is not a good fit?
Tell your coordinator and we propose a replacement from the pool. Replacement terms are written into the order form, so you know them before you start.
Can we hire a tester afterwards?
Yes. Contract and permanent conversion is allowed. Any conversion fee is set out in the order form, and the tester pays nothing.
Is this staff augmentation?
Flex is for short, scoped bursts of 3-4 hours a day. If you need full-time people for three months or more, staff augmentation or a dedicated team fits better and costs less per hour.
