Free QA tools for candidates and hiring teams
Six working tools built on the same data as our salary and job pages. Test your level, prepare for interviews, check a CV, plan a career move, write a job description or cost a QA team. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

- Filter by level and topic, search by keyword
- Mark questions as practised; progress stays in your browser

- Scored by difficulty, with an explanation for each answer
- Result saved in your browser only

Paste your CV text, choose the role you want, and see what a recruiter or applicant tracking system will notice and what is missing.
- Runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded
- Role-specific keyword and tools coverage
- Score, checklist and concrete suggestions

- Pay range from the calibrated salary model
- Copy or download as .txt
QA Career Roadmap
Choose where you are and where you want to be. The roadmap shows the route, the skills and tools to add, a project that proves them and what the move pays.
- Route across 15 roles with skills gap
- Tools to learn, from our learning paths
- Pay by level for the target role in your country
Calculations, quiz scoring and CV checks run in JavaScript in your browser tab. We do not receive your CV, answers or inputs.
Every tool lists its method and numbers. Pay comes from the same salary model used on our role and salary pages.
Questions, keywords and roles are specific to QA work, written by people who hire and test, not generic career templates.
About the tools
Are the tools really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no paywall. If you want help with a hire or a job search afterwards, the call to action on each page takes you to the right form.
Is my data stored or sent anywhere?
No. Inputs stay in your browser. Some tools keep your last result in local storage so you can come back to it, and you can clear it at any time.
How reliable are the pay figures?
They come from our calibrated salary model: base pay by role and level scaled by country, tuned against posted pay ranges on public employer job boards. Treat them as planning estimates, not offers.
