01Who is collecting#
This notice is for California residents, including job applicants and Flex contractors. It tells you what we collect and why when we collect it, as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) requires. The business collecting is PassRidge LLC (Delaware limited liability company), or PassRidge Ltd (Company No. 13482617 (England & Wales)) where it serves you. The full story is in our privacy notice.

We do not sell this information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the last 12 months. The "Sold or shared" column is “No” for every category. Read more and opt out at Do not sell or share.

04Sensitive personal information#
We collect these sensitive items and use them only to provide the services you ask for and to meet legal duties. We do not use them to infer characteristics about you.
- Account log-in to run your account securely.
- Tax ID (for example an SSN or ITIN on a Form W-9) from Flex contractors, to pay and report.
- Identity documents, only when a client or the law requires a right-to-work or identity check. We delete our copy once the check is done unless the law tells us to keep it.
- Optional self-identification (for example gender, ethnicity, disability or veteran status) if you choose to answer. It is kept apart from your profile, never shown to clients and used only for aggregate monitoring. See Equal opportunity and AI. Individual answers are deleted after 12 months.
We do not ask for health, religion, sexual orientation, union membership or biometric data. If you tell us about a disability so that we can adjust an interview, we use it only for the adjustment.
05Selling and sharing#
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share data of anyone under 16. We disclose data to service providers (hosting, email, payouts, billing, analytics, chat) under contracts that limit use to our instructions, and to clients you have agreed to be introduced to.
06Your rights and how to use them#
You can ask to know, delete, correct or receive a copy of your personal information, opt out of sale and sharing, and limit use of sensitive information. We will not treat you worse for asking.

07Automated tools#
We use rule-based matching to suggest roles and order lists. A person makes every decision. Details are on Equal opportunity and AI.
08Changes and contact#
