Checkout works in Chrome but the Pay button does nothing in Safari on iOS. How do you narrow it down?

Reproduce on a real device and the same iOS version, then attach Safari Web Inspector from a Mac to read the console and network tab. Look for a JavaScript feature Safari does not support yet, a blocked third-party cookie or storage call, and an overlay or fixed element swallowing the tap. Report the exact device, OS and build and the failing request or error.

Manual QA Tester · Mid · Web

How do you choose which devices and OS versions to test?

Start from your own analytics: top devices and OS versions by sessions. Cover the latest two major OS versions, one low-memory Android phone, small and large screens, and major vendor skins such as Samsung One UI. Use real devices for sensors, camera and performance, and emulators or simulators for fast checks.
